Firstly download the app for your phone from the following links:

1. Registering for the app
Download GVA+Salut from where you get your apps such as App Store on iPhone, or Play Store on Google/Android phones - see links above.
On opening the first screen is to choose language, choose Castellano.
Next you have a long page of terms and conditions. Scroll down to the bottom and check the box (prevents this page reappearing) and press ACEPTAR
The next screen you choose your method of access, either electronic signature or via SIP card. SIP card is easier. Click on the red arrow.
Next type in your date of birth in the format shown, DD/MM/YYYY.
Once input select ESCANEAR and be ready to scan the bar code on your SIP card by holding your phone over the card. Your phone will take a scan of the card automatically using its camera.
Once scanned select ACCEDER
The next screen will confirm your SIP card number,
then select CONFIRMAR
The next screen will ask you to choose a 4 digit PIN number. Put the number of your choice in both boxes and select GUARDAR CODIGO
And now you’re registered. The screen should show your name etc. You will need the PIN number every time you access the app.
2. Using the App
Open the app on your phone/tablet and input your PIN number. The opening screen should show your name and if you have any pending appointments.
To make an appointment select SOLICITAR NUEVA CITA
The next screen will give you options such as an appointment with your doctor, flu vaccination etc.
Choose your doctor.
Next you have the option of an in person or telephone appointment and the date. Put in the date you would prefer or just press VER CITAS DISPONIBLES and it will show you the next available appointments
You then select the appointment you would like then press
RESERVAR CITA SELECCIONADA
That's it.........
