AlertCops is the citizen security alert service that the Spanish Law Enforcement Authorities (Policía and Guardia Civil) provide to assist you in risk situations. You can change the language from Spanish to most European languages.
You can send alerts with images or videos to the nearest emergency center, chat directly with a support agent or receive security news and notifications sent by public security services.
There are times we don't have time to determine the crime we are witnessing. That's why the AlertCops App has 2 icons available that will make it easier for you to send an alert when you don't want to or can't use one of the application's characteristic buttons.
Press "CALL" and you will be contacted by the Police or Guardia Civil closest to where you are.
Or, if you need discretion, press “CHAT” to establish a written conversation with an operator.
